"I would never recommend this office too anyone. I was with Allstate for over 20 years and I reached out to this office for a price they gave me an amazing price and I made the switch. One of their employees failed to provide me proper paperwork that needed to be signed within 30 days and my premium jumped up the next month. I was assured that they could fix this it would not be an issue and another month later my premium jumped again this time I’m being told it was because the name changed that I never requested. When we started the application process I told the agent my name was not correct and she said no worries we can fix this later but who knew that it would cost me. So now after making the switch and after all the Price adjustments I am only saving two dollars and I should’ve always stayed with Allstate. Because of employees not doing their job properly I am the one affected and no one else I am dissatisfied and only been with you for less than three months"
